Commercial Food Photography for San Diego brands:

I work with food, beverage and consumer brands seeking campaign, product and lifestyle imagery for packaging, advertising and digital marketing. As a creative partner, I help translate a brand's character into a distinctive visual voice. I can also develop cohesive image libraries and brand assets designed to work across campaigns, packaging, social, web and other marketing applications.

Food & Beverage Brands

Agencies & Production Companies

I also partner with creative agencies, producers and marketing teams needing a photographer who can translate creative direction into polished, campaign-ready imagery. I collaborate with stylists and production teams to create work for a range of food, beverage, hospitality and lifestyle brands, both in studio and on location.

Restaurants, Hotels, & Resorts

I work with restaurants, hotels, resorts and hospitality brands to create evocative imagery that tells an immersive story of the guest experience. Bringing together food, people, place and sensory details, I create photographs that capture the character of a brand while inspiring curiosity and desire.

For magazines and publications, I create story-driven photographs exploring food, tourism, and culture, with an emphasis on the people, atmosphere, and moments that make a story feel alive. I also create recipe and lifestyle photography for cookbooks, editorial features, and other types of publishing projects.

How I Work

As a San Diego-based food photographer, I work with food and beverage brands, restaurants and hotels, creative agencies, and production teams throughout Southern California, creating photography, stop-motion, and cinemagraphs for commercial campaigns, cookbooks, and editorial publications. Each assignment is approached with a focus on storytelling that connects with audiences while supporting the larger goals of the brand.

From independent editorial projects to full-scale commercial productions, I collaborate with creative teams to create food and beverage imagery that feels visually compelling, authentic, and aligned with each client’s vision. Whether capturing a product, a culinary experience, or the people behind a brand, my goal is to create narrative-driven visuals that leave a lasting impression.

Her eye for styling elevated our original concept and resulted in a library of stunning images that we've used throughout our marketing campaigns, website, recipe app, and socials, as well as in our cookbook. The lifestyle portraits she took of our founder are natural-looking and vibrant—We will definitely be hiring her again.”

“Amy is incredible - Super talented, a visionary, and a real pleasure to work with. Our finished photos are just stunning, and Amy was able to capture our company's aesthetic perfectly. She met with me and spent time understanding our goals, then presented us with a comprehensive mood board to ensure we were on the same page. I'm so happy with how the photos turned out and look forward to working together again. Highly recommended!”
