Beverage + Portrait + Still Life

Developed as a personal project, this series explores a more fashion-forward approach to commercial beverage photography, blending lifestyle imagery with product still life to create a premium campaign aesthetic. Inspired by contemporary editorial storytelling, the photographs emphasize mood, color, and emotional expression while allowing the Camarena Tequila bottle to feel naturally integrated within the narrative.

Created with spirits, beverage, and lifestyle brands in mind, the project demonstrates how commercial photography can use an editorial aesthetic to produce imagery suited for advertising campaigns. Alongside lifestyle portraits, the series includes a collection of still life images designed to highlight the craftsmanship and character of the bottle through thoughtful lighting and composition.

Wardrobe, set design, and character development were all carefully chosen to support a theme. The same model plays two different characters—both fiercely independent women with very different lifestyles. Their taste happens to overlap in a few key areas, including their drink of choice.
