Pineapple Shrimp Skewers
Method:
Combine the first six ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
Add the shrimp and marinate for at least one hour.
Peel, core, and cube the pineapple.
Assemble the skewers by alternating shrimp and pineapple.
Grill over an open flame or in a grill pan on the stove on medium-high heat for about 3 minutes on each side.
Sprinkle with cilantro and serve.
